My Integrative Health Coaching program offers three tiers of service: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Each package includes dedicated coaching hours with the option to add IV hydration therapy at an additional cost.
Premium Concierge Care
My nursing concierge services include transportation to and from medical appointments, where I advocate for and assist patients in understanding their treatment plans and medication changes. I ensure proper medication management by reviewing prescriptions and implementing changes according to physician orders. For elderly clients who find facility visits challenging, I offer convenient in-home blood draws.
All services are delivered through my mobile wellness unit, which can travel to various venues or provide private in-home care. This flexibility allows me to meet you wherever you’re most comfortable, whether at home, work, or special events.
Concierge Nurse
In-Home Blood Draws $75.00
- Nurse picks up doctor’s orders and supplies
- Performs blood draw in patient’s home
- Delivers samples to requesting facility
Medical Appointment Transportation $150.00
- Door-to-door service to and from appointments
- RN accompanies all visits
- Assistance with medication changes and management
Surgical Support $600.00
- IV vitamin hydration before and after surgery
- Optional transportation to and from surgical facility
Health Coaching Packages
The BIG Package $2000.00 will include a specialized lab that analyzes toxins, micronutrients, and potential future health risks. Subsequently, a personalized health plan will be created based on your results. This package also features 7 complimentary one-hour coaching sessions.
