My Journey in Healing
My name is Tonya, and I have always loved helping people in the field of nursing. However, I realized I wasn’t truly helping anyone through the conventional approach of pushing pharmaceuticals and placing bandaids on health issues. I believe that health encompasses mind, spirit, and body. When you incorporate the whole person in discovering a healthier way through these avenues, you achieve what I consider true wellness.
A Holistic Approach
I want to help those who struggle with finding authentic healing in a world where the Lord has given us herbs, foods, and nutraceuticals that can prevent illness rather than merely masking symptoms with medicines that often cause side effects. While some medicines help manage symptoms, I believe we must ask: what caused the symptom to begin with? Together, we can embark on a journey to uncover the root cause and address it directly.
Vision for Care
My vision is to provide specialized care in homes and various venues, helping as many people as possible. I have a particular heart for the elderly, having witnessed their struggles with maintaining better health balance. I assist them through appointments, ensure their medication safety, and provide at-home blood draws when leaving home becomes challenging.

Let’s embark on a journey
of healing together.

Wyoming Roots
As a Wyoming native born in Riverton, I grew up in a now-nonexistent townsite. My experience as a tomboy with many brothers taught me independence and self-reliance. Though I’ve traveled extensively worldwide, I prefer Wyoming because it’s home and I love my people. I became a nurse later in life, after my children were in school, discovering my passion for loving people exactly where they are, even in their brokenness or illness.
Professional Journey
My professional path led me to work in an Integrative practice with a physician for three years, followed by time in OB/GYN clinics. I received certification in Integrative Health Coaching under Dr. Weil in Arizona, one of the pioneers in natural healing. This vision has been guided by my faith, as I believe in the power of prayer and taking time for confirmation.
Personal Philosophy
As a Christian, I believe in relationship rather than religion. Just as God doesn’t force relationships, I won’t push my beliefs on you. Instead, I hope to be a light for those seeking love, kindness, and mercy, and to be a friend on their healing journey.
